Niki Grace is an Australian trained and registered personal trainer whose focus is on core strength & stability, aerobic conditioning, weight loss & nutrition, wellness coaching, rehabilitation/posture correction and goal specific training (e.g. running techniques, ski-fit).

She trains a diverse range of clients from all age groups – 15 years to competitive sports & team coaching.

Niki has extensive fitness certifications, and is continually involved in new learning.

Her personal interests include weight training; snowboarding/skiing; PADI certified advanced scuba diving; boxing; and rugby.
